Choice Assist Australia is a private company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

We are a Melbourne based highly qualified National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Services Provider. 

We are a support services provider and we support people living with a disability and their families of all needs.  We provide a range of quality services that aim to assist participants to live independent and fulfilling lives in their own way. 

Our support programs are designed for and tailored to your needs and preferences to enable you to achieve and fulfil your goals.
